Wew!  Akhirnya…Dengan sedikit meluangkan waktu, lahir juga postingan pertama saiah buat blog nuklir 2004. Pertama2 saiah haturkan beribu-ribu, bahkan berjuta-juta kata maaf kepada Yos Panagaman Sitompul, karena keterlambatan diterbitkannya postingan ini.

Heumm..jujur..saiah bingung banget mau nulis apa. Tapi daripada didiemin jg  * ditambah urgensi akan Farmville, yang akan diboikot oleh Yos jika saiah tidak segera menyelesaikan artikel, hikz!* mau gak mau yasuw ! Beranikan diri aja buat memeras inspirasi. Wahai otakku, bekerjasamalah denganku..

Hmmm…nulis apa yah? Mungkin saiah akan mencoba menulis mengenai pengalaman tes CPNS bapeten kemarin..hooo…

Banyak banget pengalaman, pelajaran dan fakta baru yang saiah dapet hasil “petualangan” saiah dengan Ratri serta teman-teman nuklir lainnya ketika bertemu kemarin (tanggal 5-9 november2009),, nih yah saiah sebutin beberapa :

 

1. akhirnya saiah tau kl saiah amat lincah di tempat tidur,,baik di kasur maupun di lantai

Selama beberapa hari belakangan ini,dalam rangka tes CPN Bapeten Ratri kan menginap bersama saiah di Jakarta, dan kami tidur sekamar..berhubung panas, kadang kala kami tidur di lantai, berkipas2 ria.

Suatu malam, saiah dan Ratri kepanasan dengan amat sangat..tidurlah kami berdua di lantai, karena kalau di kasur panasnya makin amit-amit! Beuh.. Nah, ketika kami tidur itu, ternyata saiah bergerak tanpa saiah sadari. Well..berdasarkan referensi dari Ratri, konon malam itu saiah minimal berganti posisi 3 kali. Berikut petikan SMS dari ratri yang kurang lebih menggambarkan posisi saiah malam itu :

“Pertama kita posisi L, kepala ama kepala, tiba pant*t lu dah di depan muka gw. Akhirnya gw geser ke arah pintu, eh,,ganti kaki lu yang di muka gw, trus gw pindah ke deket kasur, masih lu kejar lagi, ma kaki. Kira2 lu nyadarnya gw guling, gw geser lagi ampe di bawah kasur, gak tahan jg gw pindah lagi ke belakang lu. Untung subuh cepet dateng. « 

Waoww..hebat jg atraksi saiah. Mudah-mudahan saiah mendapat suami yg sabar menghadapi tingkah saiah ketika tidur,,,amin…

Heum,penasaran juga sih,,gimana jadinya kalo malam itu subuh tidak cepat datang yah ? Mungkinkah Ratri lebih memilih tidur di kamar mandi daripada kena hantaman atraksi tidur saiah? Siapa tahu…

Preliminary Investigation for Passive Post Shutdown Cooling System of Passive Compact Molten Salt Reactor (PCMSR)

Passive post shutdown cooling system Passive Compact Molten Salt Reactor (PCMSR) has been preliminary investigated. This research intended to obtain diameter of holes surrounding the reactor and pressure in hotbox that is allowed for designing the cooling system. Microsoft Excel program was used to implement Green function method . This reactor has post shutdown cooling system which is integrated with reactor building  that make PCMSR has a simple building. Analysis has been done with two step. The first step is analysis pressure drop by calculating decay heat and convection heat transfer to fluid, then calculate pressure drop in each part of this system to obtain initial parameters to calculate heat capacity of gaseous, gaseous conductivity, Pr number, Nu number, overall coefficient transfer heat (U). The second step is analysis temperature in surface of reactor or in fuel so that surface temperature or fuel temperature not exceed maximum temperature that is allowed (T < 1673K). The result indicated that the cooling system safely used during 24 hours with nominal power is 500 MW, minimum pressure has been allowed 40 bar,  diameter of holes surrounding the reactor is 0.07 meter and chimney’s height is 20 meter. While flow rate between 1 kg/s up to 11 kg/s and the first highest temperature for fuel is 1480.8509419 K then decreased sharply and increased until the second highest temperature 1203.9954302 K then fuel temperature decreased again.That means this cooling system safe for used with the nominal power.
